Reiki First Degree £100.00

Once attuned by a Reiki Master, Reiki will never leave you and will provide service to you and your family whenever you call upon it do so.  Whenever you have the intent to provide healing with Reiki the energy will flow through your hands.  Following your level one attunement 1 will enable you to treat:

1. Yourself
2. Family (adults and children)
3. Animals, plants and trees
4. Food and water

(please note that at level one you cannot practice as a practitioner, that is you cannot charge or negotiate insurance to trade)

Reiki can safely be used in combination with medical advice and treatment as well as other complementary therapies.

Reiki 1 Course Outline

The Reiki 1 course is a one-day course which covers the following:

1. What Reiki is.
2. The uses and benefits of Reiki.
3. The Reiki Principles.
4. The History of Reiki.
5. Introduction to Chakras.
6. A grounding meditation.
7. Feeling energy.
8. Your own Reiki.
9. Hand Positions for self treatment.
10. Hand Positions for treatment of others.
11. How to conduct a Reiki session.
12. Practical exercises of giving and receiving Reiki.
13. Case studies.
14. Questions and Answers.

In First Degree training you will receive your attunement.  Your attunement is focused mainly on opening up the physical body so that it can then accept energy.

During Reiki 1 training, you learn how to feel energy and many practical exercises are used throughout the course.
You are also taught the general principles of Reiki and become familiarised with its history and roots.  On a practical level, you will also be taught how to give a treatment, firstly to yourself and secondly to other people.  This part of the course assists the integration of the energy.

Following the attunement is a 21 day period called the cleansing period. During this time, you are encouraged to give yourself a treatment every day and many students find themselves undergoing positive personal changes and spiritual growth which can be a very powerful and very rewarding time.

On completion of the course, you will receive an illustrated Reiki Manual, the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as on-going support and advice.
